Job Description:
Project Planning & :
- Define project scope set timelines analyze requirements and approve budgets.
- Develop and track project baselines ensuring cost control resource optimization and timely .
- Coordinate project activities ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee endtoend while minimizing cost overruns and delays.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Lead project budgeting cost estimation and financial planning.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct detailed cost control analysis including BOQ and rate evaluation.
Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance:
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with consultants clients and design teams during preconstruction.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Develop and manage procurement strategies including RFPs tenders and BOQs.
- Oversee material procurement vendor coordination and tracking of project deliveries.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.
Risk & Progress Monitoring:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress conduct review meetings and implement corrective actions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and planning abilities.
- Expertise in budgeting cost control and procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
