Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Window Tint Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for applying window tint film to vehicles ensuring highquality finishes and customer satisfaction. Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and techniques for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply window tint films to automotive glass.
- Prepare surfaces for tint application by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices for handling materials and tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the installation meets company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends products and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
- Previous experience in window tinting or a related field is a plus but not required.
