Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn BostonNatick. As a Front Desk Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide exceptional service
- Manage reservation and checkin/checkout processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Train new front desk employees
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Available in the mornings afternoons and evenings
- Available to work weekends and holidays
