We are looking for2 Key Accounts Managers to support our business growth in Canada and our launch into the U.S. This is a permanent full time position working onsite at our Toronto Office along Leslie Street.

How you willcontribute:

Responsible for contacting negotiating and conductingstrategic account management activities with some existing key accounts (major retailers or distributors) to achieve sales targets.

Develop andmaintain good relationships with key accounts understand customer needs and provide professional solutions.

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achievesales objectives and performance indicators.

Conduct market research to understand market dynamics and competitorsprovide data support for sales strategies and plans.

Analyze sales data prepare sales reports and sales forecasts and track sales performancein a timely manner.

Participate in customer contract negotiations ensure contract terms align with company interests and policies and manage contract signing and administration.

Coordinate internal and external resources collaborate with other departments (such as marketing supply chain finance etc. to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Provideexceptional customer service to clients promptly addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Act as a point of contact forclients maintaining regular communication and building longterm relationships to drive repeat business.

Monitor and assess client feedback and market trends providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and offerings in the local market.

Demonstrateexpertise in payment sales including knowledge of payment processing solutions pricing models and industry regulations.

Identifyand pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry leveraging existing relationships and market insights.

Collaborate with payment partners and vendors to develop joint sales strategies and expand paymentrelated offerings to key accounts.

Stay updated with the latest payment industry trends and competitor activitiesproviding feedback and recommendations to the companys leadership team.

What you bring to thetable:

Bachelors degree or above in marketing sales management or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of provable experience inmanaging key accounts and acquiring new key accounts within merchant acquisition or payment solutions.

Experienced working in a Fintech startup

Indepth knowledge and experience in payment sales including payment processing solutions pricing models and industry regulations.

Proven ability toidentify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the payment sales domain.

Excellent sales skills and negotiation ability able toestablish good relationships with customers.

Strong market analysis sales planning and sales data analysis skills.

Strong communicationskills and team collaboration spirit able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.

Selfdriven and able to work under pressuremaintaining a positive sales attitude in a highpressure environment.

Proficient in using office software and sales management tools.

Excellent English verbal and written communication fluency in French will be an asset

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office MonFri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
