Position Overview:
We are looking for a Monetization Specialist to join our growing team! Are you ready to put your ideas into the next generation of games that will be played instantly by millions
As a Monetization Specialist at Gram Games you will be responsible for implementing the best monetization strategies and delivering a segmented user experience aligned with the overall strategy of our games. You will operate autonomously within the studio collaborating closely with the entire game team particularly the Product Creative and Analytics teams. You get to decide what our players see everyday and make decisions that will affect millions of them.
What Youll Do:
- Configure ingame events and champion improvements in tools for enhancing Live Operations efficiency. Act as a main stakeholder in designing state of the art operational tools for remote configuration and content delivery.
- Contribute to the development of the game monetization strategy and its implementation by analyzing relevant data player behavior and engagement.
- Work within the Monetization team and collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams to optimize revenue and engagement based on user segmentation and user experience.
- Provide guidance on monetizationrelated queries from team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning monetization events including special sales and limitedtime offers to maximise player monetization opportunities. Utilize A/B testing in decision making.
- Benchmark and analyze Live Ops best practices in the industry.
What You Bring:
- 13 years of experience ideally in mobile/freemium games with a focus on Live Operations Monetization Product Management or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a usercentric and datadriven approach. Conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Great multitasking thoroughness and organization capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with an openminded selfmotivated attitude. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to achieve a common goal.
- Creative out of the box thinker. Able to understand how players think and intrigued by it.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams departments and diverse cultures languages work styles and personalities.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
