About the Team:
Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction Identify the issues Maintaining the supply chain improve the product quality Sustainability & etc
Your Tasks:
- Ensure Quality culture inside production units & Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks
- Support Continuous Improvement Activities inside production units
- Support Read Across process and best practices sharing
- Moderate and document 8D reporting 0km complaints)
- Support QPlanning Plant with process and line release
- Support PFMEA and feasibility studies &Train production staff with qtopics
Job Profile:
- Required Exp range: 68years & Knowledge in PPAPAPQPSPCMSA
- Experience in Problem solving tools 7QC Tools & Knowledge in 8D Six Sigma Methodology
- Support Production unit by analyzingquality problems and define corrective actions
- Support Production unit with process analysis and capability studies
- Define and create quality processes and relevant directives and qdocuments in the production unit & Handle internal supplier complaints
