As a Team Lead for the Shared Services team you will be the first point of contact foremployers asks and will be accountable for the performance and delivery of theShared Services Team. This role includes managing client relations as well asoperations.
What will you do
1. Team Management:
Lead mentor and develop HR Ops team to achieve their goals
Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure smoothcommunication
2. Operational Oversight:
Manage daily operational activities ensuring SLA adherence
Develop and maintain SOPs workflows and process improvements
3. Program Management:
Plan execute and monitor key HR initiatives and programs
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines
4. Metrics and Reporting:
Track operational metrics create dashboards and provide actionableinsights
Present regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams vendors and clients toensure seamless operations
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issueresolution

Proficiency in project management tools
