We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven ProductSpecialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing ouradvertising technologies and monetization strategies. You will be at theforefront of analyzing and enhancing our programmatic advertising solutionsdriving datadriven product decisions and collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to maximize revenue performance. This role requires a strongunderstanding of the digital advertising ecosystem a passion for innovationand a commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers.

What you will do:

Product Development & Strategy:

Collaborate closely with Business ManagersTech Head Engineers and Data Scientists to define refine and prioritizeproduct features and roadmaps ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead an agile engineering scrum team guidinginvestment decisions and driving rapid delivery of customer value whileiterating towards longterm strategic goals.
Maintaina strong sense of accountability and ownership throughout the entire productlifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:
Develop and maintain comprehensivedashboards reports and data visualizations to track key performanceindicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Evaluate and optimize programmaticadvertising RealTime Bidding (RTB) header bidding and other adservingtechnologies to enhance performance and revenue.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related toad delivery performance and revenue attribution ensuring seamless andefficient operations.
Providedatadriven recommendations for improving ad targeting fill rates and overallrevenue efficiency.

Market & Technology Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and emergingtechnologies within the digital advertising ecosystem staying ahead of thecurve and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Conductthorough product research and competitive analysis to inform strategicdecisionmaking.

Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketingteams to enhance the advertiser experience and drive demandside growth.
Effectively communicate complex technicalconcepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrateexcellent stakeholder management skills building strong relationships andfostering collaboration across teams.

User Experience(UX) and Design:
Handson experience with Figma and UI/UXprincipals.
Incorporateusercentric design principles into product development ensuring a seamlessand intuitive user experience.


Requirements

4 years ofexperience in Programmatic Advertising or Digital Advertising.
Strongunderstanding of DSP management campaign SSP DMP RTB integrationaudience targeting tracker implementation and proficiency in DV360.
Handsonexperience with Figma UI/UX principles and product research.
Provenability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionableinsights.
Strongdecisionmaking and problemsolving skills with a usercentric mindset.
Experienceleading agile engineering scrum teams.
Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstratedability to manage and mentor teams.
A firm senseof accountability and ownership for the endtoend product lifecycle.
