Assistant General Manager Verde in Avondale

Were currently looking for an Assistant General Manager at our Avondale Store to join our quickly growing team. Our managers do much much more than just lead our team members. Theyre the heartbeat of our business and the link that connects our brand and our customers. Only broc stars need apply.

The AGM position has 6 core responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service: to guests vendors suppliers and team members
  • Hiring and managing a cohesive team between 1530 people
  • Maintaining a pristine and organized storefront and kitchen
  • Adhering to all Verde best practices for food safety and sanitation
  • Coaching developing and continuing education for all team members
  • Running a financially healthy restaurant through budgeting ordering inventory control and scheduling
