Salary package of $57435.07 plus superannuation
Position Overview
The Dental Nurse will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of dental chairside duties ensuring the dentist and patient are well supported in the delivery of oral health services. The Dental Nurse will also be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of sterilisation and reprocessing tasks associated with the clinic for which they are rostered and/or all Reusable Medical Devices (RMDs) used.
The Dentist encourages positive attitudes towards oral health amongst the patient population and aims to contribute to ensuring the standard of patient care is maintained at the highest level by the Oral Health Team and which adheres to GEO policy and procedures and legislative and contractual requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a blend of educational qualifications and practical experience in governance risk and compliance.
This role requires a commitment to fostering positive relationships with relevant staff and external stakeholders to support high quality services and professional practice. A satisfactory security and police clearance will be necessary for this position.
