Job Posting: Maintenance Person

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filtering oil fryers daily
Maintaining outside grounds
Cleaning equipment inside and outside windows stock roomsand restrooms
Unloading delivery truck two three times a week
Taking out and emptying trash compactor
Changing light bulbs
Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving andmaintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness andmaintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team yourrestaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a positive attitude
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
Work as a member of a team
Manage Time effectively
Must be 18 years of Age
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee maybe required to stand for extended periods of time lift objects up to 30 lbs ona regular basis.
