Wages: $17 hourly
Basic Function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Production Control is:
Responsibility for the development and maintenance of relationships with assigned
customers representatives vendors manufacturing and purchasing.
Reviews contract specification sales orders and other project documents to understand all
requirements.
Schedules and coordinates work with appropriate department associate(s) so that projects are
completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Identifies acquires and ensures the availability of materials supplies.
Maintains records related to production data and performance including volume produced.
Coordinates production and shipping activities resolves issues and delays through
collaboration with fellow associates vendors and customers.
Revises production schedules to address issues such as labor material shortages backlogs or
design changes.
Daily communication with all Foreman to ensure jobs are on schedule Inspected and ready for shipment.
Transmit EDI
Downloading schedules for Automotive Customers from the Customers website.
Expedite and track orders as needed.
Experience:
Requires: 1 years proven successful customer service and production control.
