Project: Ammonia Production Plant Location: Israel
Job Summary We are seeking an Instrumentation Superintendent to oversee the installation commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems for ammonia production in a facility in Israel. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications safety regulations and quality standards while coordinating with contractors engineers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems including field instruments analyzers control valves PLCs DCS and SCADA systems.
Ensure adherence to project schedules budgets and technical specifications.
Coordinate with EPC contractors vendors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Oversee quality control and safety compliance in instrumentation installations.
Conduct inspections risk assessments and performance evaluations of instrumentation and control systems.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to site engineers and construction teams.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot faults and ensure optimal functionality of control systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards including IEC ISA and ISO regulations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in instrumentation supervision within industrial oil & gas petrochemical or chemical plant projects.
Strong expertise in field instrumentation process control systems PLC/DCS/SCADA and industrial automation.
Experience working on EPC projects and largescale industrial plants.
Knowledge of international engineering standards (IEC ISA ISO).
Proficiency in construction supervision commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
