Job Description
The Maven Group is working with an 80 year old manufacturing client with offices worldwide. They are looking to add a talented Manufacturing Engineer to their growing team in Oklahoma City OK.
This is a fulltime direct hire role with our client and will include a full benefit package. This is a very stable company with over 10 of its staff with 25 years of experience or more.
Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Position Type: Direct Hire
Position Location: Oklahoma City OK
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process ownership integration and improvement of the assigned component parts and processes
- Drive all safety quality productivity and schedule attainment
- Perform all manufacturing engineering disciplines including FMEA control plans product quotes process improvement process design and integration tooling/gauging/workstation design
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on assigned component parts and their respective processes
- Continuous process improvement
- QMS compliance
MUST HAVE manufacturing experience. Ability to focus and generate the maximum results and understanding how to use performance metrics to focus work efforts. Advanced technical ability in the areas of mechanics pneumatics cleaning assembly machining pressing tooling materials handling creating job instructions and completing stakeholder presentations is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Bachelors degree in engineering business technology of physical science and 510 years experience in manufacturing engineering is required.
