Job Description
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growthtargets.
2. Manage key client relationships including negotiating contractsand maintaining ongoing communication.
3. Providing coaching mentorship and development opportunities tojunior team members.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities andstay up to date with industry trends.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing CRM toensure that sales efforts are aligned with the companys goals.
6. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on salesperformance to senior leaders.
7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companysproducts and services and be able to effectively communicate the valueproposition to clients.
8. Attend trade shows conferences and other events to buildrelationships and generate new business.
9. Provide input into the development of the companys marketing andproduct strategies.
10. Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
11. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and salesopportunities.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increaseefficiency and effectivenes
