Youll be working at a landmark 17thcentury inn that attracts locals and visitors alike throughout the year to its scenic bar restaurant and outdoor space. Balancing unspoilt seaside wilderness with a beach that buzzes with summer surf Sennen Cove is one of the countrys most enviable locations.
Are you aversatileSous Chef with experience of working in a fastpaced environment Join our talented kitchen team and youll be working alongside passionate people with locally sourced produce to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.You will use our flexible menu writing process to adjust our offerings to better meet the needs of our business and guests.
