Job Description
AsScrum Master youll coordinate a crossfunctional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework.

What youll do:
- Assume a servant leadership role to support a selforganized team to complete Scrum projects.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings daily standups sprint reviews demos and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage the backlog.
- Support coach and mentor team members.
- Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules.
What youll need to succeed:
- Currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Have a Bachelors Degree.
- Must have 3 years experience years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (frontend web development backend development etc.
- Have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
