Job Description
Hope Island Tavern is searching for an experienced food & beveragefocused Venue Manager to lead our newly renovated venue! Known for our friendly service great food and cold beers were looking for a handson leader who can take our hospitality to the next level.
As Venue Manager youll oversee the daily operations of our bustling highvolume venue. Your leadership will shape a dynamic team drive service excellence and ensure smooth operations across all areas.

Whats on Offer:
This role is based on the Gold Coast QLD offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary circa $100000 $110000 in addition to superannuation and an achievable performance bonus structure.
Essential requirements:
- 5 years of Venue Management experience
- Proven experience managing highvolume F&B
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
- Experience in a highturnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- Statebased qualifications Approved Managers License
