Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Front Office Executive to join our team at Lobotus Technology Pvt Ltd in Bangalore Urban. This is a fulltime fixedterm contracttohire position aimed at freshers. The selected candidate will be an essential part of our office operations providing critical support to our business activities through efficient management of front office tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent telephone skills and experience in managing inbound and outbound calls. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in using email and communication tools to facilitate smooth interactions both within and outside the organization. (Mandatory skill)
- Demonstrates good etiquettes essential for maintaining professionalism in a corporate environment. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to ensure all front office duties are completed promptly
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing and relaying information
- Basic computer skills including MS Office applications to handle daytoday administrative tasks
- Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during daily operations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all incoming calls guiding callers to the correct department or personnel
- Greet and assist visitors upon arrival at the office providing them with necessary information and resources
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area ensuring it is always welcoming to guests and employees
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow between teams
- Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings ensuring all logistical elements are in place
- Document and manage daily office transactions and communications for future reference and reporting
- Support the HR and management teams with special projects as needed and contribute to team objectives
