Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Physiotherapist in Residential Aged Care youll become part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalized care to our residents.

Youll be at the forefront of an innovative approach to allied health services shaping the future of care delivery for our amazing clients. Our awardwinning Plena Care Pathway recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence offers you the unique opportunity to tailor therapy programs that are aligned with each residents goals and priorities. The pathway integrates evidencebased mobility and functional programs comprehensive care plan reviews oneonone therapy interventions and groupbased active aging services providing a holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to enhance residents activities of daily living mobility transfers falls risk and prevention equipment needs pressure area care skin integrity management arthritic joint care and pain management.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities while working within the scope of your professional practice.

To Join Our Inspiring Team You Will Need:

• A bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and a National Police Check
