Your Role:

  • Menu Development: Assist in crafting seasonal menus and specials ensuring excellence in flavor and presentation
  • Team Leadership: Train mentor and supervise kitchen staff while fostering a positive and professional environment
  • Operational Excellence: Support the Executive Chef in optimizing kitchen processes efficiency and food quality
  • Service Coordination: Partner with frontofhouse teams to deliver seamless highquality guest experiences
  • Innovation & ProblemSolving: Identify opportunities to enhance kitchen operations and drive continuous improvement
