Overview
Responsibilities
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to establish Target Product Profiles and validate as needed with external partners
- In partnership with commercial effectiveness and medical affairs identify value drivers competitive landscape evolution epidemiology and stakeholder prioritization
- Lead key strategic business decisions that inform commercialization strategy through collaboration and alignment across functions and regions
- Provide commercial insight and recommendations to clinical development programs and integrated evidence teams
- Work effectively across the company to ensure appropriate alignment with other functional areas initiatives and priorities
- Set and uphold expectations for commercial planning
- Bachelors degree in related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing with experience in new product planning commercial or strategic roles.
- Strong knowledge of the drug development process including the Product Development and Commercialization Process.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills required to understand scientific data recognize key business issues and prepare highlevel presentations for senior executives.
- Ability to shift thinking between the overall big picture and the details
- Proven track record of success showing strong strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Ability to lead and influence without authority crossfunctionally and crossculturally.
- Excellent learning capability and aspiration for excellence
