Job Description
About the Team:
Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction Identify the issues Maintaining the supply chain improve the product quality Sustainability & etc.
Your Tasks
- Be the CVS one face to supplier regarding APQP process in the dedicated Region.
- Lead all CVS APQP process linked to one or more defined suppliers (delivering all Regions)
- Release supplier PPAP in agreement with the delivering plant SQA
- Ensuring quality in projects to achieve zero defects and flowless lunches
- Perform process audit (acc. VDA 6.3/technical checklist) at assigned suppliers. Track to closure open action item list at suppliers
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in technical/mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable studies and several years work experience within automotive/business related industry
- quality tools (APQP 8D/ QR6S FMEA MSA VDA63.. and knowledge/ experience in one of technologies
- High level of motivation strong and reliable decision makingcapabilities
- Project management skills
- Team and communication skills & Willingness for business travel.
