Available after 2 months (max 2 days WFH per week)

Supporting the Client Cash Management Manager you will play a key role in the daytoday functioning of the team.

You will coach and support the training monitoring and development of team members. Leading by example you will embrace our values and help colleagues to provide the highest quality service for our clients.

You will provide vital leadership and support to the team both in terms of passing on technical knowledge and assisting in their individual personal development.

What youll do

In this role youll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily workloads within the team and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline existing processes.
  • Building and maintaining robust controls and checks on quality timeliness and accuracy.
  • Ensuring the team achieves service standards in line with our regulatory obligations.
  • Motivating and evaluating team members and addressing any challenging issues.
  • Helping to maintain the best possible team spirit.
  • Working with other colleagues to identify opportunities to improve working practices.
  • Supporting individuals to achieve their personal and business objectives.

What were looking for

  • Holds Investment Operations Certificate Level 3 (or equivalent) or is willing to undertake it.
  • Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience
  • Previous experience of banking and/or handling client payments.
  • Ability to coach and develop others.
  • Ability to adapt innovate and analyse complex information.
  • Awareness of risk and the importance of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Good understanding of CASS and FCA regulations related to the role.
