Job Description
Introduction
A client of ours is seeking a candidate who will play a pivotal role in the identification assessment and of Corporate Finance activities.The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification Honours degree in finance investments economics and accounting.
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient with Excel and Financial Modelling
- Knowledge of national policies and current affairs on transactions such as Mergers and Acquisitions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research complete market assessments due diligence and financial analysis for potential finance opportunities.
- Collaborate with the teams to support the client engagement and deal .
- Develop financial models
- Build client relationships and deliver regular updates to the stakeholders
