This is a truly unique opportunity to join as a senior associate on our Strategy & Business Operations team. Our team plays an integral role in setting up Culture Amps longterm strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business that accelerates Culture Amps growth. Some of the highlights include:
- Delivering our longterm company strategy
- Designing and facilitating Exec strategy workshops and senior leadership strategy offsites
- Creating and implementing a global company quarterly business review
- Driving endtoend deal and integration of our People Analytics product
- Conducting regional market analysis to inform our gotomarket strategy
- Delivering macroeconomic and HR market insights to inform leadership decisions
Once youre in the seat you will:
- Conduct internal and external research to deliver insights to sharpen our strategy
- Partner with the Strategy Leads to refine and communicate our strategic viewpoint and company narrative to different audiences
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high impact and multifaceted projects in close partnership with product and GTM teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with Exec and senior leaders across the business
- Oversee and optimize the companys operating rhythm
What You Bring to Our Camp:
- You have 4 years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy or corporate development function
- You have the mindset of a future COO and have a penchant for designing pragmatic and rightsized strategy processes as the business grows
- You can build highquality artefacts and templates to support and guide teams with strategic prioritisation and planning
- You make clear structured communications with Exec and leaders to create a case for change
- You are an allrounder who is excited about taking on unique challenges and projects
- You can analyse data to draw executivelevel insights and formulate and own decisions under uncertainty
- You are intellectually curious about business and preferably have an interest in studying how hypergrowth SaaS or growthstage companies operate at scale
