Job Summary
The part time Summer Hall Director provides a caring and supportive presence by living in the residence hall to assist University of Portland students living on campus during the summer. This position will serve as an oncall resource and crisis manager for students referring students to services on campus as needed. This Summer Hall Director will coordinate social programming respond to basic maintenance concerns and enforce community standards. This position will be responsible for coordinating summer student scheduling for moveins and move outs desk operations (when needed) and evening duty coverage as well as facilitate weekly staff meetings and development exercises.
