Node Urban Lab LLP is an interdisciplinary team of architects designers and urban experts based in Lucknow. We specialize in expanding boundaries designing spaces creating habitats weaving public places and preserving heritage. Our team incorporates art craft and technology into our projects constantly advancing the development of new tools and pushing innovative thought for design planning and communication.
Role Description
We are seeking a fulltime Junior Architect to join our team at Node Urban Lab in Lucknow. The Junior Architect will play a crucial role in architectural design project management and integration processes. They will collaborate with clients stakeholders and diverse project team members to establish vision and develop frameworks for action. Additionally the Junior Architect will be involved in software development and oversee the overall project process.
Key Responsibilities
1.Participate in architectural design processes including conceptualization schematic design and design development.
2.Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
3.Collaborate with clients stakeholders and project team members to understand requirements and develop comprehensive architectural solutions.
4.Contribute to software development initiatives to enhance project workflow and efficiency.
5.Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
6.Assist in conducting site visits surveys and analysis as needed.
7.Support senior architects in various projectrelated tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications
1.Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
2.Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices.
3.Experience in project management within architectural or construction projects.
4.Strong integration and software development skills with proficiency in relevant tools and software.
5.Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
6.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
7.Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
8.Experience in urban planning or smart city projects is a plus.
