**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer with a minimum of one year of experience in the cosmetic industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general trade sales and a passion for beauty products including hair care and skin care. The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Penetration:**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in the general trade sector.
2. **Client Management:**
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular visits to retailers distributors and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. **Sales :**
Execute sales plans and promotional activities to drive product awareness and increase sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
4. **Product Knowledge:**
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cosmetic hair care and skin care industry.
Educate clients on product features benefits and usage to ensure product efficacy and customer satisfaction.
5. **Market Research:**
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs preferences and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the cosmetic industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the general trade sales process.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
