Job Description
Description of the Role:
The Experienced Hyundai Sales Manager at Key Hyundai of Milford will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Hyundai brand excellent leadership skills and a track record of success in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase market share
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the General Manager to set sales targets and performance goals
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
- Manage and track sales performance metrics analyze data and generate reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry preferably with Hyundai
- Solid understanding of dealership operations and sales processes
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Valid drivers license
