Job Description
Must have LLB or LLM Degree with legal job experience
Responsibilities:
Work as recruiter for clients in the US.
Source candidates using job portals including Dice Monster CareerBuilder etc.
Upload resumes to the ATS conduct phone screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
Technology skills:
MS Word Computer Skills Computer Savvy MS Excel Requirements:
Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and inperson presentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies new processes
Hardworking Motivated
Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Ok to work in the night shift 6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) No exceptions
Work from our office location in Mohali 5 days a week.
