The Opportunity:

As the Senior Landscape Construction Project Manager you will take the reins of highend commercial landscape projects leading and mentoring a team of project managers while ensuring the successful completion of largescale projects. Your role will be crucial to driving the companys continued growth and success.
Position Overview:
In this strategic leadership position youll directly impact the of complex commercial landscape projects. Youll manage every aspect from preconstruction through project delivery ensuring that each project meets budget quality and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of four project managers fostering professional development and ensuring efficient project .
- Project Oversight: Lead highend commercial landscape construction projects ranging from $500k to $4 million ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.
- Subcontractor Management: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors ensuring that work meets the companys high standards and is completed on schedule.
- Construction & Landscape Expertise: Utilize indepth knowledge of landscape construction methods and best practices including materials techniques and industry trends.
- Implement/Optimize SOPs: Refine and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project management processes.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with developers and key stakeholders to ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track project performance using KPIs managing timelines costs and progress through Procore or similar project management software.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in landscape construction project management ideally in the commercial sector.
- Subcontractor Expertise: Proven experience managing both selfperforming teams and subcontractors.
- Hardscape Knowledge: Expertise in hardscape construction methods including flat work paving and other related elements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Procore Experience: Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
- Adaptability: Able to wear multiple hats in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $130k $140k commensurate with experience.
- OTE (On target earnings): $175k
