Assistant Director of Nursing
Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationislooking for an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) to join the teamat our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn NY!

Assistant Director ofNursing Services (ADNS) Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing Services indaytoday administrative functions
Make written or oralreports to necessary personnel
Monitor and maintainthe infection control procedures and policies of the facility
Participate in thedeveloping planning conducting and scheduling of staff development classestraining and orientation
Review and revise careplans and assessments
Make rounds of thenursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel areperforming their work duties
Monitor absenteeism tomaintain an adequate number of nursing care personnel
Maintain a liaisonwith the residents their families support departments etc.
Assistant Director ofNursing Services Requirements
Valid NYS RN license
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practicesprocedures and regulations that pertain to longterm care
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
COVID19 Vaccination
Preferred
Previous experience inlongterm care
Previous experiencewith Point Click Care
