Your Role Will Include:
- Overseeing staffing resource allocation and workload management for your team.
- Mentoring and developing staff ensuring alignment with corporate discipline standards.
- Monitoring project progress advising on deadlines and recommending staff assignments and promotions.
- Managing a diverse team of professionals conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborating with other teams and leaders to share resources and integrate new technologies into practices.
What Youll Need to Thrive:
- Bachelors degree in architecture with 10 years of architectural experience and at least 6 years as a Registered Architect.
- Proven leadership and management skills with experience in project oversight and team mentoring.
- Strong communication abilities and a knack for strategic problemsolving.
- Experience with diverse larger project types and a commitment to integrating innovative solutions.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate (lift carry move) light to medium weights of 1050 pounds. Requires good handeye coordination and arm hand and finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit reach with hands and arms talk and hear.
