As our Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack .NET) you will play a pivotal role in driving the technology vision and shaping the future of our organization.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.

Team: Software Engineering Team
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Role Overview:
In this key position within our Software Engineering Team you will be responsible for project management handson coding software development and leading software testing iterations. You will collaborate closely with the CTO participating in software design architecture meetings and mentor junior team members as you gradually take on leadership responsibilities.
Your daytoday duties as the Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack .NET) will include:
- Software Development: Engage in handson coding and software development in alignment with predefined and approved software designs and architectures established by the CTO.
- Project Management and Task Organisation: Efficiently oversee the development and implementation cycle ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Architectural Collaboration: Participate actively in software design and architecture meetings with the CTO to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and gradually transition into a leadership role guiding and managing junior members of the Engineering team to foster their growth and development.
- Quality Assurance: Lead software testing iterations to guarantee the delivery of highquality software solutions.
Requirements
As the Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack .NET) you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an SME or startup environment and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Extensive experience with C# .NET Core/Framework tech stack (Entity Framework LINQ ASP .NET MAUI Blazor Razor WebAssembly)
- Proficiency in database technologies such as MSSQL PostgreSQL MySQL Blob and NoSQL (MongoDB Azure Cosmos Cassandra) and strong background and proficiency in database query languages (SQL TSQL PSQL) and database design and transformation to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Extensive experience with APIs (SOAP REST GraphQL qRPC) and JSON and XML
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) for fullstack development.
- Proven track record in project management ensuring successful project delivery.
- Exceptional problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.
It would be desirable as the Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack .NET) if you have:
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Advanced VBA and Excel skills.
- Experience with Laravel React.js and Vue.js
- Experience with Node.js Angular.js and Backbone.js
- Experience with blockchain and Web3
- Familiarity with Web Server deployment and IIS Apache and Kestrel
- Experience with Python and/or PHP
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git VS Teams Foundation/Azure DevOps Server)
