Evidence of exemplary oral communications written communication and group facilitation skills.

Experience and qualifications in French Immersion International Baccalaureate or Inclusive Education would be an asset.

Familiarity with the current technology used in supporting student learning.

Experience in a unionized environment; experience in dealing with human resources and labour management issues.

A Masters Degree or evidence of active postgraduate study leading to a Masters Degree in an appropriate educational field.

Principal and VicePrincipal compensation is determined by the BC Public School Employers Association. The salary range for VicePrincipals is $130000 to $138000 and the salary range for Principals is $149000 to $157000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including pension.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB) Certificate. A suitable background of academic preparation and experience is required.
