Job Description

Business Development Representative (BDR)
Join a MissionDriven Startup Making Big Moves in Risk & Resilience
Remote Based in Charlotte NC
FullTime 40 hours/week)
Territory: NC SC VA FL GA Travel up to 20 (could be international)
Base Commission Profit Share Full Benefits

What Youll Be Doing:
Youll be the front line of the companys growth enginebringing in new leads talking with decisionmakers and helping them solve complex problems. Its part sales part strategy and 100 peoplefocused.
Youll:
  • Run creative inbound and outbound sales outreach
  • Build relationships with execs (think CEOs VPs Directors)
  • Learn the ins and outs of business continuity & crisis management
  • Use tools like HubSpot & Salesforce to track KPIs and deals
  • Show up to events and networking opportunities to build the brand
  • Report back on whats working (and whats not) so we can keep getting better
Who You Are:
  • Youre ambitious organized and selfstarting
  • You love learning asking questions and chasing down answers
  • You get energy from building relationships and helping people solve problems
  • You dont need handholding but you welcome feedback and mentorship
  • Youre cool with a little chaos change and challengebecause you know thats how you grow
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2 years in a B2B sales or leadgen role (or something close)
  • Youve worked with CRMs (bonus if its HubSpot)
  • You can explain complex things in simple ways
  • Youve talked with execs beforeor youre confident you can
  • Big plus if youve been in a startup consulting or riskrelated field
