Job Description

CNAs (Full Time and PRN) 8 HOUR SHIFTS)
Day 6am to 2pm Evening 2pm to 10pm Night 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities
- Enjoy working in a oneonone setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform jobrelated duties
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Assists patients to maintain their current level of function or to restore function of ADLs
- Acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
- Complies with the Code of Conduct and corporate compliance
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient information to ensure patients rights are protected
- Uses appropriate equipment (lifts/gait belt) and follows policy when transferring patients.
- Changes patient bedding as necessary and makes unoccupied beds
- Serves and assist in tray set and assist in picking up trays/passes drinking water and ice
- Answers call bells timely reports issues to charge nurse
MustHaves for Role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
