Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our companys operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing sector and possess strong leadership skills to oversee all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions of the company
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency quality and profitability
• Oversee the daytoday operations of manufacturing supply chain logistics and quality control departments
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve company goals and objectives
• Lead crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement employee development and accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a COO or senior executive in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality assurance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
