Job Description
Team Members work in a fastpaced environment with varying tasks performed each shift in order to meet the daily operational needs of the company. Team Members may work in a different position each shift within the areas of front of house or back of house and report to the corresponding director of those areas. Daily positions can include but are not limited to: breader dishwasher boards fries drinks cashier runner expeditor drivethru outdoor order taker hospitality delivery driver offsite sales and events putting away truck prep or catering.Team Members ensure that every customer receives the best experience by going above and beyond expectations each day.
While crosstraining on multiple positions is a part of the job; we are seeking individuals that can jump right into the driving position of the restaurant: breader. As a breader you serve as the cook hand breading the filets and nuggets. You may also learn to operate the machines or fryers; preparing meals (salads sandwiches macncheese etc..
This is a backofhouse position with opportunity to train in the frontofhouse.
