We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations managing staff and ensuring the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills business acumen and a proven track record in management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing recruiting objective setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas of improvement
- Excellent negotiations persuasions and closing skills
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Obtain leads from the team and close sales
- Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Discuss estimates with the general manager
- Meet with the sales representatives
- Hire monitor train and coach sales representatives
- Understand and stay updated about local state and federal legislation
- Establish standards for marketing and advertising
- Analyze customer satisfaction reports

Requirements
- MBA
- Experience of 57 Years preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
