Job Description
Your mission
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assess VAT on incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare monthly quarterly and yearend financial statements
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax obligations
- Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external advisors
- Support the finance team in daytoday operations and process optimisation
- Assist with audit and analysis tasks and other duties as assigned
Your profile
- Completed training as an accountant or degree in economics with a focus on accounting
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of German an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of import/export regulations and tax law
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and familiar with DATEV and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external consultants
- Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting and valuation
