Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers build relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and preferences and recommend appropriate luxury vehicles.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements for customers and the dealership.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of our luxury vehicle inventory including features specifications and pricing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate longterm relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealerships success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury car sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Deep knowledge and passion for luxury cars including their features specifications and market trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Selfmotivated driven and resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure sales environment.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
