What you will do:
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Utilise best practices in UI design keeping uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Conduct user research/usability testing to understand the needs behaviours and pain points of our target audience to inform design decisions.
- Ensure that the UI is responsive adapting designs to accommodate various screen sizes and orientations and also designing for platformspecific apps such as iOS and Android.
- Define and document design components and patterns for consistent and scalable application across different platforms using Figma.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and animations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design components.
- Collaborate with product owners developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Advocate for usercentred design principles and ensure that design decisions are rooted in user needs and business objectives.
- Participate in design sprints workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and creative design culture.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline the layout and functionality providing a blueprint for development and stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior UI/Product Designer
- A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
- Solid understanding of usercentred design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience with designing for platformspecific apps such as iOS and Android is desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Experience working in competitive industries such as crypto and iGaming.
