Responsible for endtoend recruitment.
Must have experience in CRM in recruitment industry.
Must have well expertise in Banking hiring/Engineering hiring well know about banking product.
Understanding the hiring requirements ofclient.

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews by coordinating withcandidates .
Negotiating job offers and compensationpackages with candidates
Staying updated about hiring trends and bestpractices
Dailly MIS maintain
