Im not sure thats accurate once the travel ban is lifted.

This person will be in support of the DAG and we are rarely asked to travel but I updated to give a broader scope

I think you want a technical PM to have a STEM degree. Recommend you remove the business degree and change to read Bachelors degree in any engineering field with an emphasis on systems engineering a STEM degree or a related field.

Updated for clarity tho I will offer that ultimately this position needs to be primarily a PM not an EN. This person will be setting up Acq Oversight Processes along with assisting ESET in standing up Eng Oversight Processes. They need to have an understanding of both but I do not want an engineer that cannot organize and manage milestone packages and knows how to coordinate and get along well with senior leadership. Engineers have a way of getting too far in the weeds for what the DAG needs. This person is not working for ESET they are working for the DAG and will be assisting with other functions as needed in the PM department like building slides for GO lvl briefings and such.

Proficiency means hands on doing as said above a STEM degree is more likely to have handson knowledge of systems engineering practices.

Changed this one and the one after but it deleted when I changed systems to system concepts.
