So who can be an Estimator at SMART
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive repair industry across Repairs Refinishing Assembly or Dismantling is essential.
- We dont expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
- Youll also have good computer skills with the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- A proven ability to work within timeframes while working with and motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.
- Our roles are fulltime and permanent so you must have full Australian working rights.
- Experience with Audanet Parts Check IBody essential.
- Most importantly you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
