Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This role is an integral part of the Just Floors team working in partnership to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of customer orders. This position processes highly detailed orders and as such needs to be efficient detail oriented organized and accurate. Accuracy and organization are essential to the successful performance of this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Master take offs complete for every new floor plan with DWF.
- Lot specific DWF take offs to be completed per specific builders.
- Take offs to be calculated for all flooring setting materials wall tile listellos carpet backsplashes blinds labor etc.
- Verify correct information is entered.
- Process incoming orders in a timely manner.
- Read and understand incoming POs and align POs to quotes and drawings.
- Make PO corrections if needed.
- Develop proficiencies in learning and processing cross-branded orders.
- Input templates into computer system.
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Attention to detail establish priorities and meet deadlines.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flooring Experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A high degree of experience and comfort with calculations and computer software is mandatory.
