We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with prior work experience in general maintenance work and maintenance . Of particular benefit would be experience in a Client Service Environment (i.e. hotels residences other student accommodation providers) as these spaces drive quality standard efficiency and effective service delivery. A broad range of skills is essential for success in this role.
DUTIES
- General Handyman
- General painting
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Basic carpentry
- Basic knowledge of aircon and refrigeration
- Experience with preventative maintenance protocols
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulation
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control procedures
Requirements
- Knowledge of sustainable maintenance practices and energyefficient solutions
- Experience in managing relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g. FG Nexus)
- Experience in troubleshooting and problemsolving
- maintenance issues
- Knowledge of the BCEA and LRA
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
