Job Description
YOUR ROLE: The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company you may be pulled in a variety of different direction with tasks added or changed.
- Interact with production engineering Environmental Health and Safety and other elements of the maintenance department
- Report measurable effectiveness of maintenance strategies
- Administer maintenance tasks and procedures in Bentley
- PM schedules
- Train plant associates on CMMS
- Liaison to Bentley Systems
- Liaison to Therma Tru IT department
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Reliability Process facilitation experience a plus
- Associate degree technical certificate or equivalent a plus
- Interpersonal
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
- Ability to drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $47860 USD - $54912 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
